BEANS
Never turn your back
On vegetables, 'specially BEANS!
They're the most repulsive 'food'
In my life I've ever seen.
They're vile and stinky
Make you spit and gag.
If you have to eat them
It's best to have a bag...
...to spit them out in
All chewed up and slimy.
But if you really must
If they whisper, "Try me."
There is one good thing
About beans, by gosh.
At least beans are truly not
As disgusting as SQUASH!
I know people are going to have different thoughts about this poem, just as people have different ideas about specific foods.
But I just have to say that if you like green beans you might just be insane.
